Promotion Organizer.
The Organizer of this Promotion is DAZN SPAIN, S.L., (hereinafter, DAZN), a Spanish company with registered office at calle General Perón, número 40, Puerta D, 2ª planta, 28020, Madrid, Spain (C.I.F.: B-85940419) and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, in volume 27702, folio 106, section 8, page M-499256.
Object of the Promotion.
The purpose of the promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and the subscription service for live and on-demand sports streaming in HD that allows access to a large catalog of sports to watch them anywhere and through different devices with Internet connection (Smart TVs, cell phones or tablets, computers or game consoles and PCs), whose terms and conditions and rates are included in the website www.dazn.com and which is offered by DAZN.
Acquisition of the right to participate, the manner in which the documents, ballots or participation tickets are submitted.
All users of legal age who perform the following actions are eligible to participate in this promotion:
Accept to participate in the promotion by following the conditions established for this purpose in the email received.
The drawing of tickets will be carried out automatically within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the communication of the drawing. The winners will be informed by e-mail.
All users who participate in this promotion will participate free of charge in the drawing for the different prizes that will be communicated to the recipients of DAZN's communications. In order to participate in each of the sweepstakes, you must have received an email from DAZN related to the corresponding sweepstakes.
A total of 10 winners (each winner will receive two tickets) and "5 reserves" will be selected.
Once the winners have been selected through a tool approved by a Notary Public and provided by Easy Promos and verified that they comply with the present legal bases, they will be informed by means of an email. The winners will have until the Monday following the reception of the mentioned e-mail to send the information of the attendees to the event corresponding to the draw (name, surname and ID number) to the e-mail address indicated by DAZN. If any of the winners does not wish to provide such information, it will be understood that he/she renounces the prize, and DAZN will then contact the first of the reserve winners, and so on until the last reserve winner is reached, and the prize may be declared void if it could not be delivered to the corresponding winner for reasons beyond DAZN's control.
None of the prizes drawn during this Promotion will be redeemable or compensable for cash prizes, nor may they be assigned to third parties. The cost of travel to the event that is the object of this promotion will be borne entirely by the winners.
The participation of users in this Promotion implies the authorization to DAZN to use, reproduce and disseminate the winner's name, surname, social media profile and image for the purposes of inclusion in the results of the Promotion through DAZN's various social media channels. In the event that one of the winners refuses to have his or her personal data published, the user will lose the right to enjoy the prize obtained.
Territorial scope of the promotion
The territorial scope of the promotion is all of Spain.
Taxation
The prizes of the present promotion shall be subject to Law 35/2006 of November 28, 2006, on Personal Income Tax and Royal Decree 439/2007 of March 30, 2007, which approves the Personal Income Tax Regulations; Law 13/2011 of May 27, 2011, on the Regulation of Gambling; Royal Decree 3059/1966 of December 1, 1966, which approves the Consolidated Text of Tax Rates; and other related provisions; Royal Decree 3059/1966, of December 1, which approves the Revised Text of Tax Fees; and other concordant provisions, so that, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations, the Organizer shall be responsible, where applicable, for making the payment on account or making the appropriate withholding.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions, Suspension of the promotion and claims.
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Neither the personnel employed by DAZN, nor the personnel employed by any company involved in the Promotion or their respective first-degree relatives may participate in this Promotion.
DAZN, as the organizer of this Promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of unforeseeable circumstances that make it impossible to carry out the Promotion, and undertakes to notify participants of this circumstance through DAZN's social network profiles.
The deadline to initiate any type of claim related to this Promotion and/or the awarding of the prizes expires thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the corresponding drawing.
Data Protection
The personal data of the participants in this Promotion will be processed by DAZN in its capacity as data controller in order to manage their participation in the Promotion and the delivery of the different prizes.
Participants may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and limitation of processing by mail to DAZN, calle General Perón, número 40, Puerta D, 2ª planta, 28020, Madrid, Spain, clearly indicating the purpose of their request.
The data collected by DAZN will be retained for the duration of the assignment of the prizes to the winners and, if applicable, the delivery of the prizes. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods of time.
Participants' data will not be disclosed to any third party except in the case of those who are winners of any of the sweepstakes and for the sole purpose of managing the delivery of the corresponding prize.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Bases are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise from their application, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are applicable to them in accordance with the applicable legislation.
