If you get an error message that your email is already in use, please go through the following steps to resolve the issue.
Try logging in
- You may already have an existing DAZN account.
- Enter your email and password and try to sign in to DAZN.
Change or reset your password
If you know your password and can sign in to DAZN but want to change it, go to the Change Password page.
When choosing a password, it should be
- At least 6 characters long
- A mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Not easily guessed - such as ‘password,’ ‘12345678,’ or use any personal information (name, birthday, address)
- Different than what you use for any other websites or apps
A password manager can help you keep track of unique passwords.
Resetting your password
If you cannot sign in to your DAZN account or do not remember your password, go to the reset password page.
Reactivate a canceled account
- You should be able to sign in after resetting your password
- If your account was previously canceled, you will need to re-enter your payment details to reactivate your subscription.
If you received a password reset email and the link does not work:
- Delete any DAZN password reset emails that are in your inbox.
- Go to the password reset page and click on ‘Send Reset Link.’
- Go back to your email and follow the steps in the new DAZN password reset email.
Now you can Sign In and continue watching your favorite content on DAZN!
