WHAT HAPPENS TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS?
Nothing will change for existing customers. Quite the opposite. Customers who took out a subscription with DAZN before 1 July 2024 will automatically receive the DAZN SUPER SPORTS package, with the familiar DAZN sports offering plus newly selected Serie A and Ligue 1 matches, at no extra cost. If you are interested, you can switch to DAZN UNLIMITED via "My Account" to gain access to all Serie A and Ligue 1 matches.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE THE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES ON A MONTHLY BASIS?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe to all packages on a flexible monthly basis. However, you save the most with the annual subscriptions.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION PERIODS?
If you have a monthly membership and pay DAZN directly, your 30-day cancellation period starts on the day you cancel. From the day you cancel your monthly membership, you can use DAZN as usual for 30 days, after which the cancellation will take effect.
If you have an annual membership, you can also cancel at any time, but your membership will continue until the end of your billing period. The 30-day cancellation period does not apply in this case.
CAN I SWITCH FROM ONE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN TO ANOTHER?
If you have a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription, you can upgrade to a higher plan, such as DAZN UNLIMITED or DAZN UNLIMITED PLUS, at any time with immediate effect by going to "My Account". A downgrade from a DAZN UNLIMITED annual subscription to a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription will only take effect once your current annual subscription has expired and you have re-registered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO SWITCH MY EXISTING ACCOUNT FROM A MONTHLY TO AN ANNUAL ACCOUNT OR VICE VERSA? WILL I THEN BE TREATED AS A NEW CUSTOMER?
Yes.
WILL MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED WHEN IT EXPIRES?
Your annual subscription is always automatically renewed for a further year unless you cancel in good time at the end of the contract period.
CAN I BOOK DAZN UNLIMITED VIA APPLE/GOOGLE/SKY/SWISSCOM?
DAZN Unlimited is currently available in Switzerland via Blue TV from SWISSCOM. We are working on collaborations with other partners.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I REGISTER?
You can register an unlimited number of devices.
HOW MANY STREAMS CAN I ACCESS AT THE SAME TIME?
Existing customers keep the number of streams they were guaranteed when they signed up. With all DAZN packages, new and existing customers can watch one stream each by default. As a benefit, we allow you to watch two streams simultaneously within your household using the same IP address. If you want to watch two streams at the same time in different locations with different IPs, you will soon be able to add an additional stream to your membership for CHF 20 per month via the "My Account" section of your profile.
CAN CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED GIFT CARDS (ANNUAL OR MONTHLY CARDS) AT THE OLD PRICE REDEEM THEM AND USE DAZN FOR THE AGREED DURATION?
Yes, all vouchers remain valid and can of course still be redeemed in accordance with DAZN's terms and conditions and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
FOR WHICH PACKAGES ARE THE VOUCHERS VALID?
All existing and currently on sale vouchers automatically give you access to DAZN UNLIMITED unless otherwise stated.
