If you receive an error message indicating that your email is already in use, follow the steps below:
Try to access
You may already have a DAZN account
Enter your email and password and try to access DAZN.
Change or reset the password
If you know your password and can access DAZN but want to change it, go to the Change Password page.
When choosing a password, it should be
- At least 8 characters
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- That it is not easy to guess, such as "password," "12345678" and do not use any personal information (name, date of birth, address)
- Different from what you use for any other website or app
A password manager can help you keep track of unique passwords.
Reset password
If you can't access your DAZN account or can't remember your password, go to the password reset page .
Reactivate a deleted account
- You should be able to log in after resetting the password
- If your account was previously cancelled, you will need to re-enter your payment details to reactivate your subscription.
If you received a password reset email and the link does not work:
- Delete all DAZN password reset emails you find in your inbox.
- Go to the password reset page and click "Submit Reset Link."
- Go back to your email and follow the steps in the new DAZN password reset email.
Now you can access and continue watching your favorite content on DAZN!
