How do I cancel my subscription? – Help Center

How you cancel your DAZN subscription depends on the type of plan you have. Follow the steps below based on your subscription.

Note: Cancelling your subscription means you will lose access to over 185+ live fights per year from top promoters like Matchroom, Golden Boy, Queensberry, Misfits, PFL, BKFC, and more.

How to Cancel an Annual – Pay Monthly subscription?

You can cancel your annual paid plan directly from your DAZN account.

Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
Go to My Account.
Scroll to the footer section and click on Cancel.
Click on Continue.
Choose your preferred reason for cancellation of subscription.
Note: You will be shown a list of offers you can avail. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. Otherwise, click on No thanks.
Enter your password to Cancel subscription and complete the process.

Note: You will continue having access to DAZN until your selected cancellation date.

How to Cancel a Monthly Flex subscription?

You can cancel or pause anytime a monthly flex subscription anytime by just follow these steps:

Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
Go to My Account.
Scroll to the footer section and click Cancel.
Click on Continue.
Choose your preferred reason for cancellation of subscription.
Note: You will be shown a list of offers you can avail. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. Otherwise, click on No thanks.
Enter your password to Cancel subscription and complete the process.
Note: You will continue having access to DAZN until your selected cancellation date.

How to Cancel a 7-Day Free Trial?

To cancel your 7-Day Free Trial, click here and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Even if you cancel your 7-Day Free Trial before a Pay-Per-View (PPV) event, you’ll still be able to watch the PPV Live during your trial period.

I’ve already cancelled but noticed a payment to DAZN. Why is that?

This may be due to the type of subscription you had:

Monthly Flex: This plan has a 30-day cancellation period. You may still be charged a pro-rated amount, which is usually lower than your regular monthly fee. To check your payment history, click here.
Annual – Pay Monthly: This is a 12-month contract. Payments are taken monthly until the end of your term. If you cancelled, you may have only stopped the future renewal, not the current billing cycle.

My subscription is through Apple / Google / Roku / Amazon or another third-party provider. Can I cancel through DAZN?

No. If you subscribed to DAZN through a third-party provider like Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon you will need to manage and cancel your subscription directly on their respective platform. DAZN cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf.
