Whatever your plan, there is a limit to:
- the number of devices you can register to your account
- the number of devices you can watch DAZN on
In this article, we give you more information about each of these limits.
Registered devices
You can register a maximum of three devices on any one plan. If you see a message that says 'You have reached your registered device limit', it means that you need to remove one of the devices you have registered in My Account before you can register a new device.
Adding and removing devices
If you want to register a new device, simply sign in to your DAZN account and start streaming. It will be registered automatically.
Tip: if you have reached the maximum number of devices you can use for streaming DAZN, you need to logout from one of the devices to register a new one.
If you want to remove a device, here are the steps to follow:
- Sign in to your DAZN account.
- Click the profile icon and visit My Account.
- Click on Manage Devices. You will see a list of devices that are currently streaming or were previously signed in to your account.
- To remove a device, click Logout next to it.
- To sign-out from all the devices, click Logout of all devices.
Tip: If you come across an unfamiliar device in the list, log out immediately and update your DAZN account password for added security.
You can remove or add devices as many times as you like.
Number of devices you can watch DAZN on
You can watch a maximum of two streams at the same time on two different devices, as long as both devices are connected to the same network access point.
If you get the following message 'You are trying to watch on too many devices', it means that you are trying to watch DAZN on too many devices at the same time.
If you get the following message 'You are already watching DAZN somewhere else', it means that you are trying to watch DAZN simultaneously on a device connected to a different network access point. To fix this, you will need to stop any existing streams and close DAZN before trying to stream again on the desired device.
Sharing your account information
Your account information is personal and cannot be shared. You can watch DAZN simultaneously on two different devices as long as they are connected to the same network access point.
