INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1. Hello and welcome to the world of DAZN. We are a subscription service that enables subscribers to watch a variety of sports events, live & on demand, as well as other sports related content such as athlete features & original programming. The DAZN service is available on our website and as an App on most internet-connected devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and living room devices such as smart TVs, streaming sticks and game consoles (the "DAZN Service").
1.2. This site (the “DAZN Site”) provides the opportunity to:
1.2.1. browse the catalogue of content that is available in your territory on the DAZN Service to subscribers of the DAZN Service;
1.2.2. access the sign-up page for the DAZN Service as well as subscription information; and
1.2.3. access other DAZN related features and services which may be available from time to time (which may include the ability to view a limited amount of content made available on the DAZN Site in DAZN’s sole discretion from time to time).
1.3. The DAZN Site is provided to you by DAZN Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09676399 and with its registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP (“We", “Our”, "Us"). We are part of the DAZN Group Limited (“DAZN Group”).

KEY TERMS OF USE
2.1. This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the Terms and Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) on which you may use the DAZN Site.
2.2. Please read these Conditions carefully before you start to use the DAZN Site. By using the DAZN Site, you indicate that you accept and agree to abide by these Conditions and have read the privacy policy that applies to the DAZN Site (“Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with these Conditions, please refrain from using the DAZN Site.
2.3. Use of the DAZN Service is subject to your accepting separate terms and conditions of use. If you are a subscriber to the DAZN Service and there is any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between these Conditions and the terms and conditions of use for the DAZN Service, the terms and conditions of use for the DAZN Service shall prevail.
2.4. The DAZN Site and any imagery viewed through the DAZN Site are for your personal and non-commercial use only. Subject to your compliance with these Conditions, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the DAZN Site. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the DAZN Site or its contents; any derivative use of any DAZN Site or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of any information for the benefit of any third party. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions are reserved and retained by Us or Our licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders or other content providers.

USING THE DAZN SITE
3.1. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the DAZN Site, and in the content published on it. Those works are protected by intellectual property laws (including copyright laws and treaties) around the world. All such rights are reserved to Us and Our licensors.
3.2. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the DAZN Site must always be acknowledged.
3.3. All trademarks used on the DAZN Site are Our property or the property of their respective owners.
3.4. You must not:
3.4.1. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or otherwise exploit anything on the DAZN Site for any commercial or other purpose;
3.4.2. frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or form) of Us;
3.4.3. use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Our name or trademarks;
3.4.4. modify the digital copies of any content you have accessed, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text;
3.4.5. include a link to the DAZN Site or display the contents of the DAZN Site surrounded or framed or otherwise surrounded by content not originating from Us, without our written express consent.
3.5. You must not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the DAZN Site or any content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any content or information through any means not purposely made
3.6. You must use the DAZN Site only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not use the DAZN Site:
3.6.1. in any way that breaches any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
3.6.2. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
3.6.3. for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;
3.6.4. to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any content which does not comply with Our content standards (set out in this Section 3);
3.6.5. to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional content or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
3.6.6. to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
3.7. you also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
3.7.1. any part of the DAZN Site;
3.7.2. any equipment or network on which the DAZN Site is stored;
3.7.3. any software used in the provision of the DAZN Site; or
3.7.4. any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH USAGE CONDITIONS
4.1. We will determine, in Our sole discretion, whether there has been a breach of the usage conditions detailed in Section 3, through your use of the DAZN Site.
4.2. Failure to comply with Section 3 constitutes a breach of Our Conditions upon which you are permitted to use the DAZN Site, and may result in Our taking any or all of the following actions:
4.2.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the DAZN Site;
4.2.2.legal action against you;
4.2.3.disclosure of any such information to law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law; and/or
4.2.4.pursuing any other action that We deem necessary and/or appropriate.

MINORS AND YOUNG PEOPLE
5.1. The DAZN Site is primarily aimed at users who are over the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should only use the DAZN Site with the permission of a parent or guardian. The parents or guardians of anyone under the age of 18 using the DAZN Site should review these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. If their child uses the DAZN Site, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that, pursuant to Section 2.2, they accept these Terms and Conditions of Use on behalf of their child and agree to abide by them.

LINKS FROM THE DAZN SITE
6.1. Where the DAZN Site provides links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, We have no control over the contents of such sites or resources, and We accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

COMPETITIONS, VOTES, PROMOTIONS OR OFFERS
7.1. Any competitions, votes, promotions or other offers offered by Us (or selected third parties) via the DAZN Site from time to time may be subject to additional terms and conditions which either supersede or supplement these Conditions. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between these Conditions and the additional terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.

VARIATION
8.1. We may revise these Conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes We make, as they are binding on you. Please note that some of the provisions contained in these Conditions may also be superseded by terms and conditions, provisions or notices published elsewhere on the DAZN Site.

INDEMNITY
9.1. You agree to fully compensate us in respect of any damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that we incur as a result of:
9.1.1. any negligent or wilful misrepresentation, act or omission made by you in connection with your use of the DAZN Site;
9.1.2. any negligent or wilful non-compliance by you with these Conditions; or
9.1.3. claims brought by third parties arising from or related to your negligent or wilful access or use of the DAZN Site other than in accordance with these Conditions.
9.2. Damages within the meaning of Section 9.1. also comprise liabilities that we have towards our affiliates or our (including our affiliates’) licensors (including their affiliates)

LIABILITY
10.1. In respect of all aspects of the DAZN Site (and subject to the other provisions of this Section 10), We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the DAZN Site) and any of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the DAZN Site in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the DAZN Site, any websites linked to the DAZN Site or the content on such websites, including, without limitation, loss or damage arising from viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the DAZN Site or your downloading of any content from the DAZN Site or any websites linked to the DAZN Site. We exclude any and all liability for actions taken in response to any breach of Section 3.
10.2. This Section 10 does not in any way limit our liability:
10.2.1. for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence;
10.2.2. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
10.2.3. for any matter for which it would be illegal for Us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, Our liability.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
11.1. These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
11.2. The courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your access to and use of the DAZN Site.

SEVERABILITY
12.1. If a provision of these Conditions is determined to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the validity of the rest of the Conditions will remain unaffected.
12.2. If any unlawful or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
12.3. This English version of the Conditions will prevail over any translations of the Conditions (DAZN being under no obligation in respect of providing translations of the Conditions, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law).
