You can sign up for DAZN directly on your TV.
If you already have a DAZN account, simply sign in. Once DAZN is set up on your TV, you can access the service across any supported devices.
For ease, we recommend signing up on the DAZN website or using a full keyboard rather than the TV remote.
How do I restart the DAZN App?
Just like your TV, the DAZN app occasionally needs a reset. To do this:
- Press ‘Up’ on the remote control until the Menu rail appears.
- Select ‘Exit App’ at the end of your session. This stops the video stream.
- Wait for 5 minutes before returning to the app.
What is the difference between ‘Sign Out’ and ‘Exit App’?
Sign Out: You will need to sign in again the next time you launch the DAZN app. Use this option if you do not want others to use your account or if you want to swap accounts.
Exit App: You will not be signed out, allowing you to resume watching without re-entering your credentials.
The picture quality does not look very good?
For the best picture quality, use a wired connection to your modem. You can still use Wi-Fi, but the strength of your connection and your ISP’s bandwidth will affect the quality.
DAZN uses ‘adaptive bit rate’ technology, starting with highly compressed video and improving quality to match your connection.
If the video quality remains poor after 2 minutes and you have sufficient bandwidth, please contact our Customer Support team.
What happens if I have problems with playback?
- First, check your broadband connection in the device settings.
- If issues persist, use a wired connection.
- A quick fix is to open a Sports or Category page and return to the event you intended to watch. This often resolves temporary issues.
I am seeing a buffering spinner all the time
If video streaming to your device is interrupted, you may see a buffering spinner. If this happens with multiple pieces of content for more than a minute, please contact our Customer Support team.
Why does the menu keep disappearing?
To enhance your viewing experience, the app menu automatically hides after fifteen seconds.
Press up/down or back on your remote control to bring the menu rails back.
I have got to somewhere in the App and do not know how to get out
If you are unsure of your current screen, press back to navigate through your journey.
If still unsure, press ‘Home’ on your remote and wait for 5 minutes before returning to the DAZN app. You will be taken to the home screen of the app.
