How to Restore Your Subscription
If you're experiencing login issues with your DAZN subscription through Apple iTunes, follow these steps:
Restoring on the "Sign In" page
- Ensure you're signed in on your mobile iOS device using the same iTunes account originally used to subscribe to DAZN.
- Open the DAZN app and select 'Sign In'.
- On the "Sign In" page, tap 'Restore Purchase'.
- After successful restoration, you'll be signed in and redirected to the "Home" page.
Restoring on the "Sign Up" page
- Ensure you're signed in on your mobile iOS device using the same iTunes account originally used to subscribe to DAZN.
- Open the DAZN app and select 'Sign Up'.
- On the "Sign Up" page, tap 'Restore Purchase'.
- After successful restoration, you'll be signed in and redirected to the "Home" page.
Important: Restoring your purchase will not result in an additional charge. Your subscription billing date will remain unchanged.
