Add-On Events Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 17 July 2026 

1. DAZN Limited (“DAZN”, “We", "Us") provides an online video service offering (among other things) streaming of sporting events (both live and on-demand), highlights of sporting events and other related content (collectively "Content") for a range of devices including Internet-connected TVs, computers and other platforms ("DAZN Service"). The Content is usually subject to certain restrictions (including, but not limited to, certain territorial restrictions).
2. As a DAZN Service user, you may be entitled to purchase certain sports events on a pay-per-view basis (“Add-On Event”) in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms of Use and the sign-up journey.  
3. By purchasing the Add-On Event, you agree to comply with these Add-On Events Terms and Conditions and the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions (together, “Terms”). The purchase price and viewing conditions (including, but not limited to, whether replay viewing is available, the viewing period, etc.) for Add-On Events varies. Therefore, you should check the information displayed during sign-up before purchasing any Add-On Event. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from purchasing the Add-On Event.
4. By activating the purchase button (or, as the case may be, an equivalent button) you submit a legally binding offer to purchase the Add-On Event. The purchase is concluded by our explicit confirmation of the contract. If you have not received such confirmation, the purchase is concluded when we provide you with access to the Add-On Event within the DAZN Service. Once the purchase is concluded we do not accept cancellations
5. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Add-On Event is made available to you once your purchase is concluded. However, the Add-On Event functionality is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not have any liability to you for the cancellation or abandonment of any event or the failure to show any event as scheduled or advertised, nor where you are unable to watch any event on any specific platform device. We will provide the Add-On Event with reasonable care and skill. Apart from this we make no representation or warranty (and exclude all warranties and conditions otherwise implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law). This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer. We (and not any third party payment provider) are responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have in relation to the Add-On Event.
6. Payment must be made by credit card, PayPal or through another current, valid, accepted method of payment including supported third party payment providers (“Payment Method”). You confirm that any such Payment Method that you use is yours, or that you have the authorisation of the card or account holder to use it. All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the Payment Method provider. If your Payment Method is refused, then you will not be granted access to the Add-On Event until a validated Payment Method is provided by you and approved by us.
7. For some Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
8. The fee for the Add-On Event will be as outlined when you sign up or in other communications made available to you prior to your purchase.
9. The fee to be paid for the Add-On Event will be billed on the date specified by us or your third party payment provider to your chosen Payment Method. We do not refund any Add-On Event fees paid in case of your cancellation, except where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 15.
10. The Add-On Event is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You must be 18 years of age (or over) to purchase and view an Add-On Event.
11. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, unless agreed otherwise in writing, the maximum liability of each of us and any third party rights holder to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Add-On Event to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Add-On Event.
12. In the event of a conflict between these Add-On Event Terms and Conditions and the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions, these Add-On Event Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Matters not stipulated in these Add-On Event Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions.
13. We may, from time to time, modify these Add-On Event Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the following reasons: to address regulatory changes, to address changes to the service and for security purposes. Any material changes to these Add-On Event Terms and Conditions will be notified to you by us via email notice to the most recent email address we hold for you at least 30 days prior to their entry into force.
14. Your use of the Add-On Event is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here - "Privacy Policy" and is incorporated here by reference. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us.

15. Right of Withdrawal (Add-On Events)  

    15.1 If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract for an Add-On Event within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason, provided that the performance of the contract for the Add-On Event has not begun.

    15.2 Performance of the contract for an Add-On Event begins when access to any part of the Add-On Event is made available or accessible.

    15.3 At checkout you will be asked to (i) give your prior express consent to our starting performance of the contract before the expiry of your withdrawal period; and (ii) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

    15.4 In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an unambiguous message (e.g. via regular postal mail or an email) informing us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by using the sample withdrawal form as provided in Annex 1, but using this form is not mandatory. The deadline is deemed to be met if you post the notice of withdrawal prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.

    15.5 If you validly withdraw before performance of the contract starts we will reimburse the fee paid to you within 14 days of the day on which we were informed of your request to withdraw using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

    15.6 If you purchased an Add-On Event using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal you may need to do so through such third party..

    15.7 This section applies only to purchases of Add-On Events and does not apply to paid subscriptions, which are governed by the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions.

16. Governing Law 

    16.1 These Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection law of your home country shall remain unaffected.

17. Dispute resolution proceedings 

    17.1 We prefer to solve your requests directly with you. For this purpose, please do not hesitate to contact us by visiting the “Contact Us” section of our website or app.
