Definitions:

Promoter: DAZN Limited (09676399) with its registered address at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP (“DAZN”)

Overview:

The global talent search for content creators from each country taking part in the FIFA World Cup 2026 (the “DAZN48 Project”) The Chosen Content Creators accept the Prize subject to these terms and conditions as set out below.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the DAZN48 Project competition (the “Competition”).

The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law in the territory of the person entering into it and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

The Promoter is running the Competition pursuant to these Terms.

Eligibility:

The Competition is free to enter and no payment is necessary by an Entrant (as defined below).

The Competition is open to persons that complete and follow the steps described on the competition entry form (the “Entry Method”) during the Competition Entry Period (as defined below), who meet the Minimum Age Requirement (as defined below) and who are legal permanent residents of the countries or territories outlined in the table below (together, the “Entrant Countries or Territories” and each such country or territory shall be an “Entrant Country or Territory”) except employees, agents, contractors or consultants of the Promoter and their immediate families, or the Promoter's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition, are able to communicate in English (Competition communications and the DAZN48 project will be predominantly conducted in English), can demonstrate an ability to create content, and have a minimum follower count of 3,000 on one of Instagram, X, or Youtube (“Entrants”).

Entrant Countries or Territories

Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Canada, Colombia, Congo DR, Côte d'Ivoire, Croatia, Curaçao, Czechia, Ecuador, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Haiti, IR Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Korea Republic, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Senegal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Türkiye, USA, Uruguay, Uzbekistan.

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older on the Opening Date (defined below), (“Minimum Age Requirement”).
Entrants may be required to provide documentary proof of their eligibility (including their age and place of residence) to enter the Competition. If an Entrant is unable to provide this proof when requested, the Promoter may disqualify that Entrant from the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who the Promoter has reason to believe is otherwise involved in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the entry process or any other element of the Competition or who the Promoter reasonably believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these Terms.

How to enter:

The Competition opens for entries on 24 April 2026 (“Opening Date”) and last entries must be before 10 May 2026 (“Closing Date”). The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date (both dates inclusive) shall be referred to as the “Competition Entry Period”.
Follow and complete the Entry Method, during the Competition Entry Period.
Entrants must enter the Competition in this manner by the Closing Date and time specified.
Following the end of the Competition Entry Period, the Promoter shall select at random one Entrant (the “Chosen Content Creators”).
It is the Entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter of any changes to their contact details, including their residential address, e-mail address or daytime telephone number.

Chosen Content Creator’s Notification

Following the Closing Date, the Chosen Content Creator’s shall be notified via the email address that the Chosen Content Creator’s completed the Entry Method with, by 23:59 on 13 May 2026.
The award of the prize is subject to the Chosen Content Creator’s confirming acceptance of the prize within forty eight hours of notification by replying to the Promoter when contacted via the email address that the Chosen Content Creator’s completed the Entry Method with. In the event that the Chosen Content Creator’s does not meet this requirement by failing to reply to the Promoter when contacted on the social media account that the Chosen Content Creator’s completed the Entry Method on within twelve hours of notification, or does not accept any part of these terms and conditions (or any additional terms and conditions stipulated by any third-party relevant to the Prize (as defined below)), then they will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may re-run the method of selection to select a replacement Chosen Content Creator’s.

Prize

In the event that the Prize is accepted, the Chosen Content Creator’s will receive the opportunity to become a DAZN48 content creator for the FIFA World Cup to represent their nation and create local content for DAZN (the “Prize”).
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and can only be taken as offered.
The Chosen Content Creator’s acknowledges that the Promoter is not liable or responsible if any part of the DAZN48 Project is cancelled, varied or rescheduled for any reason. The Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide any cash or alternative prize.
The Chosen Content Creators participation in the DAZN48 project is subject to the acceptance of the Influencer Agreement (unamended) and the Chosen Content Creator confirming their willingness to participate in reasonable publicity activities as required by the Promoter.

Privacy

The Chosen Content Creator’s agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. To opt-out of such publicity, the Chosen Content Creator’s should notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter. In the event that the Chosen Content Creator opts out of such publicity by notifying the Promoter, the Chosen Content Creator shall become ineligible for the Prize and shall forfeit any entitlement to the Prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter may re-run the method of selection to select a replacement Chosen Content Creator.
Personal information which Entrants provide to the Promoter at the point of entry will be held and used by the Promoter and its group companies to administer the Competition in accordance with the Promoter 's Privacy Policy. (https://www.dazn.com/help/articles/privacy-global) and as otherwise expressly agreed by an Entrant. The Promoter is solely and wholly responsible for any personal information they may collect or process for their purposes. If the Chosen Content Creator’s has questions about how the Promoter handle personal information or to exercise any rights, please visit the Promoter’s privacy policy for contact information. If an Entrant opts-out of any of the personal information processing described in this section, they will not be able to collect a Gift or the prize.

Media Release

The Chosen Content Creator grants the Promoter and the Promoter’s affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and licence to, and to permit others to, copy and use audio-video footage filmed featuring the Chosen Content Creator in connection with the Competition and the DAZN48 project (the “Footage”) for use on the Promoter’s social media, and to create derivative works using the Footage and/or combine it with other material.
The Chosen Content Creator represents and warrants that it has consented in accordance with applicable data privacy laws to the use of any personal data in the Footage for as long as is needed to satisfy the Promoter’s commercial or marketing purposes.
The Chosen Content Creator acknowledges that the Promoter will own all rights to the Footage. Except for the rights and license granted in these Terms, each party retains all rights it would have independently of the Terms.
In accepting the Prize, the Chosen Content Creator’s represents and warrants that they have full power and authority to authorise this release, including without limitation the power and authority to grant all rights and licences relating to the Footage.

Commercial Rights

All commercial rights (including without limitation any and all marketing and media rights) relating to the Giveaway belong to the Promoter and their licensors.
Entrants shall not associate themselves with the Giveaway or the Promoter in any commercial manner, nor use any intellectual property rights of those parties, nor shall they permit any third parties to do so, without the prior written consent of the applicable rights holders, which consent may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.

Any Entrant wishing to carry out or facilitate any promotional or marketing activities with respect to the Giveaway, will need prior written consent from the Promoter or from the respective rights holders, which may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.

Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition, in its entirety or in part, or amend these Terms at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.

Ineligibility

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or, if applicable, fulfil any prize awarded. If a Chosen Content Creator’s fails to comply with these Terms, they will be excluded from the Giveaway and not eligible for the Prize.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any entry, or any other correspondence related to the Giveaway, being lost or not being properly registered whatsoever as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which a participant or Chosen Content Creator suffers as a direct or indirect result of the Giveaway. However, the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence.
All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Giveaway are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where the Giveaway is hosted by a social networking site, the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that social networking site.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

To the extent allowed by applicable law, these Terms and any disputes that occur will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
