If you have paid for a PPV event and see more than one charge in your banking app, please be assured:
- These are pending payments, not duplicate charges.
- You will only be charged once for the PPV.
Pending payments are usually removed from your statement within 24 hours, depending on your bank.
I've paid for the event, but it says I need to buy again. Can you help?
If you see a pending payment in your banking app after trying to purchase an event but are still being asked to pay again, this means something went wrong during the checkout process.
Please try to purchase the event again using an alternative payment method.

I've paid for the PPV, but I think I’ve been charged two different amounts. Can you help?
If you receive a notification from your bank showing two separate amounts just after buying a PPV, it is likely due to a temporary pending payment.
- This happens while we calculate the sales tax.
- The pending charge appears in your bank statement for only a few minutes.
- Once the correct tax is calculated, DAZN will charge only one final amount.
Before contacting us, please refresh your banking app — the pending charge should disappear shortly.
I’ve cancelled my subscription but noticed a payment to DAZN. Can you help?
This is most likely due to the type of subscription you have:
Annual – Pay Monthly Subscription
- This is a 12-month contract.
- Subscription payments are taken on the same day each month until your renewal date.

Here’s an example of the key terms associated with the 7-Day Free Trial during sign-up:
- If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically roll into the Monthly Flex plan.
- Your first subscription payment will be taken on Day 8.
To cancel your Monthly Flex subscription:
- Open the DAZN app.
- Select 'See Plan Details.'
- Click the 'Manage Subscription' dropdown arrow.
- Follow the instructions.
