Your billing date is the day you first subscribed to DAZN. Follow the steps below to quickly find your next billing date:
- Click on the profile icon.
- Click on My Account.
- Under the My Subscriptions section on Overview page, you will see your next billing date clearly listed.
Can my billing date change?
Yes, your billing date might change if your payment was unsuccessful, or if you paused and resumed your subscription. The date you restart becomes your new billing date.
Why can't I see my billing date?
If you recently canceled or paused your subscription, the billing date won't appear until you reactivate it. Once reactivated, your new billing date will be displayed under your account information.
Will I be notified about upcoming charges?
Currently, we don't send notifications before charging your account. We recommend regularly checking your billing date in your account settings to avoid surprises.
