Note: Season Pro is an annual subscription which gives you access to the entire season while Weekly Pro allows you access for a 7-day period.
How do I get the Ultimate Plan?
For new users: If you are new to the NFL Game Pass, you can purchase the Ultimate plan directly and start enjoying all these benefits immediately.
For existing standard users: If you are currently subscribed to the Season Pro regular or Weekly Pro regular plan, upgrading to Ultimate is easy. For a one-time fee, you can unlock exclusive benefits of the Ultimate subscription. To upgrade, simply go to My Account.
How do I get access to international game tickets?
Once you sign up or upgrade to an Ultimate subscription, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to enter the ballot — but only if the ballot is currently open.
The international ticket ballot opens at the start of each season and is available to all Ultimate subscribers.
As an Ultimate subscriber, you can:
- Choose the matches you want to enter the draw for.
- Select the ticket prices you’re interested in.
- Each subscriber can enter the ballot once per season.
After the ballot closes, a random selection process will take place. If you’re selected, you’ll be allocated tickets to purchase. If you’re selected, you will receive a confirmation email and will have at least 72 hours to complete your ticket purchase through the official ticketing platform.
Please note: Entering the ballot does not guarantee tickets, as availability is determined by the draw process. This benefit is only available for Season Pro Ultimate subscribers.
How do I get the 20% off code for NFL Shop?
If you’re a Season Pro Ultimate subscriber, you will receive a one-time 20% discount code by email within 7 days of signing up or upgrading your plan. The code will expire on 28 July 2026 and will only be valid on NFLShop.com, including NFL Shop Europe and NFL Shop Mexico.
