If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you have recently subscribed to DAZN you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within the statutory withdrawal period (14 days from the date of your subscription), subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
In some scenarios this right does not apply, for example:
- Your withdrawal period (14 days from the date of your subscription) has expired.
- You are not located in the EU/EEA.
- You purchased a standalone pay-per-view event or add-on, expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the content or add-on was made available to you.
How do I submit a withdrawal request?
Click here to submit your withdraw request or follow the steps below:
- Click on your Profile icon and select My Account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Withdraw.
- Click Submit Withdrawal.
Note: You can only submit your withdrawal request if you signed in.
What happens after I submit my request?
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Send you an email to confirm that we have received your submission.
- Review your details to determine if your purchase is eligible for withdrawal.
- Process your request: If approved, we will cancel your subscription and issue any applicable refund. If it is not eligible, we will contact you to let you know.
Am I eligible to withdraw?

What happens if my withdrawal is approved?
If your withdrawal request is approved:
- Your subscription will be cancelled.
- Any eligible refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your cancellation and refund have been processed.
What happens if my withdrawal is not approved?
If your request is not eligible for withdrawal, we will email you to explain why.
Your DAZN subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have access in accordance with your standard subscription terms.
What if I subscribed through Apple, Google, Amazon, or another third party?
If your subscription is billed through a third party (like Apple, Google, Amazon, or a telecom provider), you may need to contact them directly to exercise your right of withdrawal. Your contract and billing are managed under their terms and conditions.
