If you’ve forgotten the email you used to sign up, follow these steps to find it:
- Search your inbox for any past emails from us—these could be from months or even years ago.
- Check your saved passwords in your browser or password manager. Even if the password is outdated, it might show the correct email.
- Try all email addresses you own, especially if you’ve created multiple DAZN accounts in the past.
- Once you’ve found the right email, you can reset your password here to regain access.
- After signing in, make sure to update your email address in My Account for future ease.
- If you’re unable to track your email after these steps, speak to a customer support agent by clicking on the Need Help button below.
No longer have access to the registered email?
If you no longer have access to the email linked to your account, contact a customer support agent by clicking the Need Help button below. Provide the agent with as many of the following details as possible:
- First and last name
- Payment method
- Last 4 digits of your payment method (if applicable)
- Gift code (if you have one)
- Date of sign-up
